Ordering Policy & Terms

{Shipping Order Policy} World of Variety has a staff of one. Her name is Stella, she thanks you for your patience. Please allow for up to seven business days for packages to be shipped. All shipments will be sent via our great USPS per the shipment time you request at the time of checkout. All packages will be insured at time of shipment, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for theft once USPS confirms a package has been delivered. 

Many of our items are unique and delicate, we will take every effort to package them with the utmost care, if damage to an item does occur in shipping we will be happy to pay for the return shipment and refund the cost of the item. If the order can be replaced we will do so at our own cost.

{Holiday Shipping} World of Variety will make every effort to ship packages close to the holidays as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee arrival by or on Christmas or a specific day. Please refer to the USPS recommendation for holiday shipping dates for best results.

{Return Policy} In store returns are accepted for products returned in the same condition as the time of sale for the duration of the pop up until December 24th. After that date no in store return will be possible. 

Online order returns and exchanges will be accepted for 14 days from the date the package was received. Return shipments must be completed by the customer at their own cost. If an error was made in shipping World of Variety will gladly cover return shipping costs and new shipment if necessary.

{In Store Pick Up} If you would like to place an order online for in store pick up please indicate in order notes. You will be asked to pay for shipping but this will be refunded. 

If you would like to order online and pick up in store the order must be placed by December 23rd, and all orders must be picked up by December 24th. All orders that have not been retrieved by December 24th will be canceled and refunded.
